IPRG Senior Associate Michael Murphy is an investment sales specialist focused on middle-market commercial assets in Brooklyn.

Michael recently joined IPRG in 2022 as team lead for the East Brooklyn market, as well as a member of the Central Brooklyn team. Prior to IPRG, Michael spent 4 years at B6 Real Estate as a senior associate and most recently as a team leader in East Brooklyn.

Michael began his real estate career as a residential REO sales agent, closing over 100 transactions from 2012-15. In 2016, Michael transitioned to commercial investment sales and has been covering the Brooklyn market for 6+ years.

Michael attended the University of Delaware, where he graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Michael is originally from Rockville Centre, Long Island and currently resides in Nolita.
