Nicolas Almanza is an Investment Sales Associate at IPRG, where he began in April 2025. With a strong foundation in real estate and investment sales, Nicolas brings experience in leasing, property management, and client relations to his role.

In 2023, he gained hands-on experience in property management during his internship with Tuli Realty. Prior to joining IPRG, he served as a Leasing Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield from June 2024 to April 2025, supporting leasing operations and client services across a variety of property types.

Nicolas earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston in May 2024. He is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of the New Jersey real estate market, with a focus on strategic investment, market analysis, and tailored service.
