Ben Biberaj is the President of Retail Leasing and Managing Partner at IPRG Retail Leasing, where he leads the firm’s strategic growth and oversees all aspects of retail leasing operations. He joined IPRG in 2025, bringing with him over Fifteen years of experience and a reputation as one of New York City’s top retail leasing professionals.

Prior to IPRG, Ben served as Senior Director at Meridian Retail Leasing, where he consistently closed over 100 deals annually and closing high-profile deals including New York or Nowhere, La Grande Boucherie, John Varvatos, Panera Bread, and Juice Press. His standout achievements include New York or Nowhere’s Flagship Brick and Mortar location at 250 Lafayette.

Ben began his career at Eastern Consolidated, managing a diverse family portfolio valued at over $200 million. His leasing expertise spans Traditional retail, Fitness, Medical, office,  and industrial.

A graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Ben is also a dedicated mentor and team leader. He is known for his hands-on approach to training young brokers and guiding them through complex market conditions.

Ben’s industry leadership has earned him recognition as CoStar’s Power Broker for deal volume and a recipient of Connect CRE’s Next Generation Award.
