Overview
IPRG Partner Brian Davila is an investment sales specialist with a primary focus on selling multifamily, mixed-use, development sites and retail properties throughout Northeast/Central Brooklyn, The Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Ridgewood, Queens. He has been involved in the sale of over 80 investment properties totaling over $200 million in sales volume. He was awarded IPRG’s Generator of the Year in 2020, Breakout Star in 2019, and a 2019 Ones To Watch by The New York Real Estate Journal.
Before IPRG, Brian previously worked for Turner Construction Company doing project management on various new commercial construction projects in Manhattan. In addition, he spent time in their purchasing department as a lead purchasing agent, servicing major clients that included Boston Properties and NYU Langone Medical Center.
Brian attended Lafayette College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business and a focus on Finance, and played varsity baseball.
