Chéri Roohi is an Investment Sales Associate at IPRG, focused on mixed-use and multifamily assets in prime Lower Manhattan neighborhoods including West Village, Soho, Tribeca, and Chelsea.

She brings a strategic, client-first approach to every deal, drawing on a strong foundation in enterprise sales and marketing. Prior to IPRG, she supported C-level executives and helped lead go-to-market initiatives at companies like Mapbox and LinkedIn, honing skills in market analysis, positioning, and operations.

Originally from the Bay Area, Chéri earned her degree from the University of San Francisco in Communication and Rhetoric. Outside of work, she enjoys New York’s arts scene, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
