A graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Christian combines strong financial analysis skills with hands-on commercial real estate experience. His expertise includes retail leasing, market research, financial underwriting, valuation analysis, and tenant outreach, allowing him to provide clients with data-driven insights that maximize value throughout the leasing process.

Prior to joining IPRG, Christian completed internships with Meridian Capital Group and Cabot Properties, where he gained experience in valuation analysis, lease negotiations, market research, underwriting, financial modeling, and commercial property due diligence. Working across both brokerage and institutional real estate environments has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the transaction process and the analytical skills necessary to successfully advise landlords and tenants in New York City’s competitive retail market.
