David Schramm is an Investment Sales Associate with IPRG’s North Queens team. Focusing on multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites, he delivers timely, tailored service that drives results and elevates the client experience.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a specialization in financial analysis from Binghamton University, where he also completed his real estate license under Keller Williams. Previously, he worked in client-facing administrative roles under the Brokers of Record at Real New York and Gold & Appel Realty Corp. Drawing on his real estate expertise and data-driven approach, David specializes in analyzing complex deal structures to uncover and maximize value for his clients.

Native to the Upper West Side of Manhattan, David enjoys distance running, volleyball, chess, and cooking for his friends and family.
