IPRG Partner Donal Flaherty leads a sales team and is responsible for originating and executing the sale of all asset types. Additionally, Donal oversees teams throughout Brooklyn and Queens emerging markets specializing in $1-$50 million.
Since 2015, Donal has underwritten thousands of NYC properties. A wide variety of clients leverage his expertise on optimal pricing, positioning strategies, and best practices for selling investment real estate assets throughout the Greater New York City area. Donal was the driving force behind expanding the office’s market share in Williamsburg and Greenpoint and has exclusively listed over $250 million worth of real estate in 6 years to oversee over 100 successful transactions.
Before founding IPRG, Donal attended St. John’s University, where he played lacrosse and graduated from the Tobin School of Business.
