Greg Goldberg serves as Vice President of Retail Leasing at IPRG Retail Leasing, where he spearheads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and oversees all facets of retail leasing operations. Since joining IPRG in 2025, Greg has leveraged over a decade of industry experience and a well-earned reputation as one of New York City’s leading retail leasing professionals.
Greg has firmly established himself as a dominant force in Manhattan’s downtown retail market—particularly in the East Village—where he has successfully completed more than 100 retail leasing transactions. His in-depth market knowledge and client-first approach have made him a go-to advisor for landlords and tenants alike.
Before joining IPRG, Greg was a Senior Director at Meridian Retail Leasing, where he consistently closed over 35 deals annually. His track record includes several high-profile transactions, such as:
- Fushimi Times Square – 20,000 SF restaurant at 311 W 43rd Street
- The Travel Agency – 9,500 SF retail space at 598 Broadway in SoHo
- BangBang – 3,500 SF retail space at 62 Grand Street, SoHo
- Fi Smart Dog Collar – 8,000 SF office space at 419 Lafayette Street, NoHo
- Brooklyn Dumpling Shop – Flagship location at 131 First Avenue in the East Village
Greg began his real estate career at Eastern Consolidated, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation across various asset classes. His expertise spans traditional retail, restaurants, fitness centers, medical facilities, and office leasing. Before entering real estate, Greg was an in-house graphic designer for The ONE Group, the global hospitality company behind internationally recognized brands STK and Bagatelle. His background in design informs his creative, detail-oriented approach to leasing and marketing. Greg holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Frostburg State University. Known for his hands-on mentorship and creative problem-solving, he is passionate about guiding the next generation of brokers through New York’s complex and ever-evolving retail landscape.
