Overview

Gregory is an Investment Sales Analyst supporting the Queens and Northeast Brooklyn team, working alongside Steve Reynolds and Brian Davila. He focuses on market research, valuation, client prospecting, and supporting multifamily, mixed-use, and development site transactions.

Originally from Boston, MA, Gregory holds a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College. He began his career in commercial real estate as an intern at Red Dome Realty, a CRE brokerage firm in Boston, before transitioning into investment sales.

Gregory currently resides in Manhattan’s Financial District. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing, and following the NBA and MLB.
