Jake Connelly is an Investment Sales Associate at IPRG, specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and retail condominium assets throughout Manhattan. He is part of a seasoned team known for successfully brokering complex transactions and delivering a high-caliber experience to clients across the borough.

Coming from a family with a real estate background, Jake built on that foundation through hands-on experience as a Commercial Real Estate Development Intern at Sudberry Properties and as a Leasing Professional at ConAm in San Diego. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Outside the office, Jake can be found golfing or surfing. He currently resides in the West Village.
