IPRG Investment Sales Associate Jake Smith specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, and development site investment sales throughout the Bronx and New York City.

Prior to joining IPRG, Jake gained significant transaction experience representing property owners and investors across Connecticut. While attending Sacred Heart University, Jake participated in more than 20 real estate transactions, developing hands-on experience across multifamily and mixed-use investment sales.

Jake graduated cum laude from Sacred Heart University with his bachelor’s degree. A former Division I athlete, he brings a competitive mindset, discipline, and strong work ethic to investment sales.

At IPRG, Jake is focused on building long-term relationships with Bronx property owners and helping clients maximize the value of their real estate.
