James Maliszewski is an Investment Sales Associate specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and development site assets throughout North Brooklyn.

James is a member of the North Brooklyn team, focusing on the Greenpoint and Williamsburg neighborhoods. Leveraging the team’s market expertise and proven track record, James helps clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value.

James earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Trinity College, where he also co-founded the Trinity College Real Estate Club and served as its Treasurer.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as pursuing his passions for golf, fishing, and sailing. He currently resides in Manhattan’s East Village.
