Overview
IPRG Investment Sales Associate Joe Moravec specializes in multi-family, mixed-use, and development site asset sales in Northeast Brooklyn and Queens. Joe is part of a team with extensive experience brokering deals and providing top-quality service for their clients.
Before IPRG, Joe graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate. His studies combined with his previous data science internship at the Florida-based commercial real estate firm Franklin Street allow him to provide superior services for his clients.
Outside of the office, Joe can be seen golfing, producing music, or fishing. Joe currently resides in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan.
