IPRG Investment Sales Associate John Loch specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites in The Bronx. John is a part of a team with extensive experience brokering deals and providing a top-quality experience for their clients.

Before IPRG, John graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Within his studies, he found a deep appreciation and understanding of structural and architectural aspects of buildings. His background in Engineering combined with his knowledge in commercial real estate allow him to provide a unique experience for his clients.

Outside of the office, you can find John on the golf course, surfing at the beach, or spending time with his family. He currently resides in Riverdale, NY.
