Overview

Justin Haverly is an Analyst and Assistant to the North Brooklyn team, supporting deal execution, underwriting, and market research across Greenpoint and Williamsburg.

Justin works in a hybrid execution role alongside the firm’s founding partners, handling deal support, underwriting, and transaction coordination, with origination exposure on deals he personally sources. His work includes property and ownership research, preparing offering materials, and prospecting North Brooklyn owners.

Justin earned his bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University and his MBA from Bryant University, where he played Division I lacrosse. He previously interned in property management at ESP Ventures in Newport, Rhode Island.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with golf and horse racing. He resides in Murray Hill, Manhattan.
