Justin Zeitchik is a Partner at IPRG, where he co-leads the Manhattan team specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, development, and commercial properties. Since joining IPRG (formerly Bestreich Realty Group) in 2017, Justin has established himself as a trusted advisor to private capital clients and institutional investors throughout New York City.

Active in commercial real estate since 2013, Justin has successfully closed more than 100 transactions across Manhattan and Brooklyn. He is known for his strategic approach to pricing and sales execution, delivering tailored advisory services that help clients maximize value. His accomplishments have earned him recognition from publications such as Commercial Observer (Rising Stars) and NYREJ (Ones to Watch).

Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
