Overview

Katherine Subliskey is the Operations Manager for IPRG’s New Jersey office, where she supports the firm’s day-to-day operations by coordinating executive administration, office management, sales operations, marketing initiatives, and transaction support. Working closely with the Principal and brokerage team, she helps drive efficient workflows and support the firm’s operational objectives.

Before joining IPRG, Katherine worked in account management, recruiting, and marketing, where she gained experience in client relations, business development, project coordination, and strategic communication. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Management from the University of Miami, she worked with luxury interior designers, architects, home manufacturers, and commercial design firms, furthering her interest in the real estate industry.

A Northern New Jersey native, Katherine is building her career in commercial real estate while supporting IPRG’s continued growth. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
