Overview

Kenneth Porreca joined IPRG in 2026 and currently serves as a Director on the Retail Leasing Team in the firm’s Manhattan office. He brings an extensive track record as a full-service commercial real estate professional, having represented landlord agencies across more than 10 million square feet of retail and industrial assets and completed transactions totaling over $150 million. Kenneth is an experienced and collaborative leader with a strong background in managing multi-market tenant and landlord portfolios.

Throughout his career, Kenneth has successfully executed transactions on behalf of major national retailers, including Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, H&M, Publix, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, and ShopRite, helping establish new locations in target markets and negotiate renewals for existing facilities. He has also worked closely with some of the largest landlords in the Tri-State area, including SJP Properties, Accordia Realty, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Onyx Equities, and the LeFrak Organization.

Prior to joining IPRG, Kenneth served as a Principal at Avison Young, where he focused on multi-market leasing and commercial real estate portfolios, with particular expertise in retail and industrial assets. Before Avison Young, he spent more than 10 years with Newmark (formerly Newark Grubb Knight Frank), working across the firm’s New York and New Jersey offices.

Kenneth is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as golfing and fishing.
