Murphy Botko is a Sales Analyst at IPRG, supporting the firm’s Brownstone Brooklyn team. He focuses on market research, client prospecting, underwriting, valuation, and transaction support across multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties.

Born and raised in Brooklyn Heights, Murphy brings firsthand familiarity with the neighborhoods and a strong interest in Brooklyn real estate.

Murphy earned bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Design from Tulane University, along with a minor in Strategy, Leadership & Analytics. He currently lives in Midtown Manhattan.
