Nathan Melendes is an Investment Sales Associate at IPRG, where he is a member of the Bronx team, focusing on commercial real estate investment sales throughout the borough. Working alongside his team, Nathan provides clients with market insights and support throughout the transaction process.

Nathan is committed to providing value to his clients by helping them maximize the value of their real estate assets and navigate each transaction with confidence.

Nathan developed an interest in commercial real estate while studying finance at Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. During his time at Elon, he served as Vice President of the university’s Real Estate Club, where he gained experience analyzing real estate markets, property types, and investment opportunities. He also participated in the ULI Urban Development competition, working with a team to evaluate and present a comprehensive development proposal.

Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Elon University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing cornhole, pickleball, golf and fishing.
