IPRG Investment Sales Associate Richard Parsons focuses on multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites in the North Queens markets. Richard is part of a team with extensive experience in brokering deals and providing a top-quality experience for their clients.

Prior to IPRG Richard has been in the multifamily industry for the last 10 years working in Commercial Mortgages, Property Management, and Rentals. Currently he manages his family’s buildings in Astoria and has Investments in the Bronx & Detroit.

Richard attended Drew University where he graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in History and played Lacrosse. He then went on to obtain a Masters in International Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University in the U.K.
