The Brownstone team is known for their extensive track record and providing trusted guidance to property owners and investors.

Stefano specializes in mixed-use and multifamily properties, with a focused concentration in Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill, and Brooklyn Heights. His work is supported by a strong understanding of the neighborhood-level fundamentals that influence pricing and investment performance. Stefano earned his bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in Marketing Management. With this background, Stefano brings a strategic approach to asset positioning.

Originally from Westchester, Stefano values time spent with family and friends. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and attending concerts. He currently resides in Greenwich, CT with his family.
